PERIGEE DONATION INFORMATION

Perigee is a 501(c)(3) organization, as defined by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Contributions to Perigee are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of our 1045 letter—which defines Perigee as a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity—is available upon request. Our Public Charity Status is 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). We hope you will consider making a tax-deductible donation today, and support Perigee's mission of providing a quality venue to talented writers and artists around the world.
Copies of our Articles of Association, our Bylaws, and our Conflict of Interest Policy are available upon request.

By contributing to Perigee, you help us provide a free venue to talented writers, poets, and artists from around the world. Donation allow us to compensate these writers and artists, to hold contests annually, and to provide free subscriptions—which allow anyone with Internet access to enjoy everything we have to offer, including years and years of archived issues.
there are six levels of regular donorship:
Aluminum Donor ($10)
Aluminum members are listed on our web site for three months.
Copper Donor ($25)
Copper members are listed on our web site for three months, and enjoy a 10% discount on contest reading fees for a period of one year.
Silver Donor ($50)
Silver members are listed on our web site for six months, enjoy a 20% discount on contest reading fees for a period of one year, and receive one Perigee license plate frame.
Palladium Donor ($100)
Palladium members are listed on our web site for six months, enjoy a 20% discount on contest reading fees for a period of one year, receive one Perigee license plate frame, and receive their choice of either a Perigee coffee mug or a Perigee mousepad.
Gold Donor ($250)
Gold members are listed on our web site for twelve months, enjoy a 50% discount on contest reading fees for a period of two years, receive on e Perigee license plate frame, their choice of either a Perigee coffee mug or a Perigee mousepad, and a signed copy of Traveling Sitting Still, by Perigee's founding editor.
Platinum Donor ($500)
Platinum members are listed on our web site for twelve months, enjoy a 50% discount on contest reading fees for a period of two years, receive one Perigee license plate frame, one Perigee coffee mug, one Perigee mousepad, a signed copy of Traveling Sitting Still, by Perigee's founding editor, a Perigee e-mail address and up to 100 MB of server space.

Contributors Circle ($1,000–$2,499)
Contributor's Circle members receive the Platinum Donor benefits listed above, plus: Free lifetime subscriptions (whether in print or online), private access to issues as they are developed and before public release, FTP access to Perigee's server and 500MB of space for personal use, and free hosting of a personal domain for up to five years—as an alternate domain on our server.
Publisher's Circle ($2,500 or more)
Publisher's Circle members receive the Contributor's Circle benefits listed above, plus: An invitation to the annual Board of Directors meeting, and an honorary editorship allowing members to attend meetings and discuss submissions.

We welcome donations by personal or bank check. Simply send your donation to Perigee at 869 Atalanta Ave, Webster Groves, MO 63119. No, "Atalanta" is not a typo.
Be sure to make the check payable to "Robert Woerheide," Perigee's Editor-in-Chief and Treasurer. You will receive a receipt confirming your donation was applied to Perigee.
FINE PRINT:
Donations can be made anonymously, or in the name of another person. All donors will receive a written receipt of their donation. Perigee reserves the right to adjust our donation packages at any time and for any reason. Perigee is required to provide fair-market value estimations for goods or services tendered for donations. This value, if applicable to your donation package, must be subtracted from the donation amount and the sum then claimed as tax-deductible.
